When a recruiter authorizes Google, JobGen.AI uses basic profile information to connect the correct Gmail mailbox to the recruiter's JobGen.AI account.

Gmail permissions

  • gmail.send: sends recruiter-authorized candidate and client emails, such as interview invites and follow-ups.
  • gmail.readonly: powers Inbox Scan for recruiter-authorized CV/resume import.
  • JobGen.AI does not sell Google user data. Access tokens are encrypted, Gmail can be disconnected, and Google data is used only for the recruitment features described here and in our Privacy Policy.
